A 2017 Gallup report based on interviews with 154,000 people across the globe found this: “Collectively, the world is more stressed, worried, sad and in pain today than we’ve ever seen it.” The results of the Gallup poll confirm what we all intuitively know: chronic stress is robbing us of our health and our peace of mind.
