In our Monday Meditation sessions, we’ve seen hundreds of participants experience profound shifts, cultivating wisdom, inner steadiness, and joy. Mindfulness is more than just being present—it’s about awakening your capacity to love, breaking down barriers, and fostering unity within yourself and with others.

Monday Meditation is a welcoming space for beginners as well as experienced meditators who want to refresh and deepen their practice.

In this 12-week class you will learn to be more present to your life and:
